Henrique Rzezinski
Chairman
Henrique Rzezinski is the Chairman of the Board of the BIC. Henrique is actively engaged in the representation of the Brazilian private sector in the United States supporting and guiding the BIC’s initiatives and presence in Washington, D.C. He is also Chairman of the Brazil-U.S. Business Council, Brazil Section. Henrique was Senior Vice President of External Relations for EMBRAER until September 2007, and prior to that he was the Director of External Relations and International Trade for Xerox do Brazil Ltd. A civil engineer by the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and a Master in Planning by the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), Henrique has contributed to various publications as well as serving as a professor at UFRJ.

Roberto Giannetti da Fonseca

Roberto Giannetti da Fonseca is the General Director of Foreign and Trade Affairs for the Federation of Industries of the State of São Paulo (FIESP) and Director of the BIC. He is also the President of the Brazilian Beef Export Industries Association (ABIEC) and of three Brazilian trading companies: Silex Trading S.A., Brex America (Miami), and Ethanol Trading S.A. Giannetti is a former Executive Secretary of the Brazilian Foreign Trade Board - CAMEX (2000-2002). He is an economist by the University of São Paulo (USP).

Ana Cláudia Alem

Advisor at the Office of the President, BNDES
Ana Cláudia Alem is an Advisor at the Office of the President at BNDES and Director of the BIC. She is a Ph.D. in Economics by the Institute of Economics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), and has specialized in macroeconomics, international economics, public finance, foreign trade and development. Ana has published several papers and books, and serves as an associate professor at IBMEC Business School, in São Paulo.

Horacio Aragonés Forjaz

Vice-President of Corporate Affairs, EMBRAER
Horacio Aragonés Forjaz is EMBRAER's Executive Vice-President of Corporate Affairs. He joined EMBRAER as a system engineer intern in 1974 and became part of the company's engineer team shortly after that, in 1975. Mr. Forjaz has held multiple offices within EMBRAER. Currently he is responsible for Corporative Affairs, a position that leads public and institutional relations and marketing. He is an Electronic Engineer from Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica (ITA) and holds a MsC in Applied Computer Systems from the Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais (INPE) in Brazil.
